Yong Huat Prawn Noodle
I forgot to take a snap of the coffeeshop but anyway its located at the junction of Joo Chiat Road (opp. Katong mall). This is one of my favourite breakfast on sunday mornings...Prawn noodles!
Generous servings of juicy prawns,fishcake slices and pork for just $2! Lard added for flavour. I kinda like lard to be added into dishes, somehow it gives the 'extra' aroma and taste. Yeah..i know its unhealthy but you dont have to eat it! @_@ As for my prawn mee, i prefer the dry version..only then i can appreciate the 'real' taste behind. Other than just prawn noodles, they have fried hokkien prawn mee, char kway teow and fishball noodles.. a good deal!
